Remember… if you DRINK ALCOHOL this holiday season, DO NOT drive. Tennessee Highway Patrol Col. Mike Walker issued this warning: “If we catch you, we will arrest you. No exceptions. No excuses.”

Violators often face jail time, the loss of their driver’s license, higher insurance rates and dozens of other unanticipated expenses. These include attorney fees, other fines and court costs, towing and repairs, plus lost time at work.

This goes for all states not just Tennessee!!!

So please if you drink, find yourself a designated driver.
