Working Out in the Gym Alone

Hey everyone. Its not everyday that I post on my own blog about personal stuff, but I thought I would today. Its nothing major, I was just in the gym alone for the first time ever yesterday. Yeah thats right I worked out on Thanksgiving day when everyone else is usually feasting. I did feast…dont get me wrong. I just had nothing to do in the afternoon, and needed to work out so I went and found the gym completely empty. It was really cool. I did lots of high rep stuff to failure since I had no spotter with me.

I worked out back in triceps. I started off with wide grip chins, 4×10-12, then I did lat pulldowns to the upper chest to hit the high center of my back, then I did some seated heavy rows on the row machine. After that proceeded to do heavy decline skull crushers, then heavy dips on the dip machine and finishing up with the rope machine. Then I got the hell outta there with a huge pump. I rested probably 1 min between sets. Good Stuff!
